Your pets are our people
COVID-19 UPDATE OCT 14 2021
We have always prioritized the safety of our clients, patients, and staff. During COVID19 this has been no different. It has been a difficult year without being able to see you in person, but these practices have been crucial to keeping everyone safe. With the provincial government allowing businesses to reopen, we are excited to announce that we will be able to welcome you back into the clinic for appointments with the doctor as of October 18, 2021!
What to expect at your appointment:
We will still have strict safety measures in place for all appointments, as we are not yet “back to normal”. At this time, we will only be allowing ONE person per household into the clinic for your pet’s appointment with the doctor. We ask that surgical drop offs/pickups and appointments with the technician only remain curbside at this time. You must be wearing a mask at all times and be fully vaccinated for at least 14 days to enter the building. We will show you directly into one of our examination rooms where the technician and doctor will take your pet’s history and examine your pet. In an effort to maintain physical distancing, we kindly ask that you stand or sit in the designated area of the examination room unless otherwise asked.
